• Returns or exchanges must be mailed within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
• We offer free returns on Continental U.S. orders.
• Any items purchased under the Last Chance or Final sale sections are non-returnable & non-refundable.
• Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
• We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
• Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
• Alternative is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.
• We accept international returns if your request is within 30 days of receipt of delivery and if they are shipped at your expense unless it is our error. Alternative does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

Please allow us up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Although, typically excluding high volume days, order placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day from the Alternative Corporate Headquarters just outside of Atlanta in Norcross, GA. Orders placed after 2pm EST, on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Standard shippping orders are sent via FedEx SmartPost which partners with USPS for final delivery.

Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm EST will not ship the same day.
